As the condo market across the country evolves, CONDO.Com is evolving with it. In response to the large number of folks contacting us to buy bulk units or acquire individual or blocks of units from institutions, we are forming an Institutional Services Group. I will head this group.
In the last real estate correction, my firm was CONDOVEST. We bought and sold condos for lenders and the government.
My contacts and knowledge of the markets will help me to generate and close transactions on the CONDO.COM platform.

We can provide market data and help the buyers close. We can even assist bulk buyers in finding financing.
Condo.com now offers full service real estate brokerage for select individual units and blocks of units. Owners can now work with a group of seasoned professionals in this market segment to market assets nationwide with a single point of contact sales and marketing solution. We offer this new service in conjunction with our affiliated offices across the country. It will be my charge to build on my 25 years in the industry and my experience as a principle at Condovest (we bought and sold blocks of condos for the S&L’s, banks and the RTC) in the last significant down cycle.The trends on our site show that more people are looking for condos thru our site every day.
