We are comfortable operating in all arenas of the real estate business including: asset management, property management, Broker's Opinion's of Value, raising private equity, project marketing, development, disposition services, redevelopment/repositioning, arranging bank financing, creating equity joint ventures and originating mezzanine financing.

In addition we often act as a buyer’s broker introducing our client to transactions we have uncovered for them at their request. We buy for our own account as well.
