Jim Fried – President of Sandstone Realty Advisors – has a long track record of consulting for the real estate industry.

His first job out of college was working as a consultant for Laventhol and Horwath. He performed feasibility studies and was trained in the art of managing the consulting process. Later in his career he provided Broker Opinions of Value for lenders and government agencies during the RTC years.

Today, Mr. Fried consults with law firms, lenders and project sponsors on transaction restructuring, project values and other topics as an expert witness and consultant.
