In the past, Mr. Fried bought and sold blocks of distressed condominium units and developed lots and townhome projects from the government, banks and savings and loan associations. He also preserved and enhanced the value of commercial properties for many of those same clients.

Mr. Fried has performed property valuations, asset management, property management and sale services for lenders and the government all across South Florida. He has also provided services to persons acting as Court Appointed Receivers.

He made his mark assisting institutions and individuals with Special Asset or REO situations in both pre- and post-foreclosure situations.

In addition to the hands-on workout experience managing, leasing and selling REO properties Mr. Fried also has expertise in origination, acquisition and Debtor in Possession (DIP) financing.
